Trained to Cisco CCNA and Alcatel-Lucent ACSE levels of accreditation,
Indigo's Networking Consultants are highly qualified and possess
an in-depth technical understanding and knowledge of networking
in general. More specifically, they are skilled in terms of IP
performance and Quality of Service (QoS) techniques for both
real-time and non-real time traffic and applications. Indigo's
aim is to design, deliver and optimise a fully converged network
solution to eliminate the costs of supporting and maintaining
separate voice and data networks.
In addition, Indigo has significant expertise in designing and deploying complex voice and unified communications applications and solutions over existing LAN and WAN infrastructures, helping partners to maximize return on investment, lower the costs of network ownership and increase network availability.
Network Audit
Indigo Network Audit service assesses the strength, resilience and suitability
of networks to support voice traffic, as well as proving switch locations and
or physical access requirements to assure network availability. Using industry
recognised simulation tools, assessing the impact of Delay, Jitter and Packet
Loss, Indigo recommends any actions required to upgrade the network infrastructure
and Indigo's Consultants work with partners to design a more resilient solution
that addresses all of the issues highlighted in the audit report.
Enterprise VoIP and Unified Communications
Indigo is an Alcatel-Lucent Premium Partner for voice and data. Indigo's Consultants
are fully certified in the design of Alcatel OmniPCX solutions and the associated
market leading applications such as OmniTouch Contact Centre and Unified Communications.
Contact Centre Call Flow Design and Scripting
Indigo's Consultants work with partners to understand and determine optimum business
process and the resulting "call flow" logic. The resulting design documentation
is then used to develop the necessary configuration routing scripts which the
contact centre follows.
Information Security Design
An increasingly important aspect in the design or modification of a Telecoms
network infrastructure lies in the design of the information security processes.
As one of a small number of companies accredited to ISO27001 Information Security
Management in the UK, Indigo not only offers security audits, structured disaster
recovery and business continuity services, it also offers configuration management
services to include, for example, moves, adds and changes (MACs).
Network Continuity Planning
With true dependency upon reliable telecommunication infrastructure, Indigo's
Consultants design and plan networks proven for reliability. Full risk assessments
are carried out to alleviate any outages.
Network Migration/Integration
Network migration planning is a critical factor when considering moving any current
voice, video and data system to a single, converged IP network. Indigo's migration
planning consultancy service addresses all issues that are associated with phasing
out or consolidating previously independent legacy network systems, equipment
and staffing and moving to a new IP converged environment.
